The lady has the most ugliest attitude and instead of talking in a professional way and explain why, she would make you feel horrible as a customer. I usually don't complain but HOW SHE HANDLED OUR SITUATION AND THE WAY SHE SAID IT JUST SET ME OFF. Also, she makes you feel unwelcome. Horrible Horrible insurance place EVER!
